SHELTER RENOVATION - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Evergreen Youth & Family Services, Inc. (EYFS) is seeking bids from qualified contractors and vendors for multiple projects associated with the Evergreen Youth Shelter Program building renovation located at 622 Mississippi Avenue in Bemidji, MN.

This renovation is funded by MH HHSSA HYA grant funding, and all procurement will follow the EYFS Procurement Policy and applicable federal regulations under 2 CFR Part 200.

Each renovation project has its own Request for Proposal with detailed specifications, requirements, and submission deadlines. Interested contractors and vendors should review the individual RFP documents linked below.

BID SUBMISSION

Bids must be submitted by the deadline listed in each project's RFP to be considered.
